What information we collect
When you submit our quote request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the service you're interested in, and your project details.
When you browse the site, we automatically collect standard analytics information via Google Analytics (GA4) — pages visited, approximate location (country/region level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site — but only once you've given consent via the cookie banner (see Cookies, below).
We do not use this website to process payments, and we do not collect financial or payment card information at any point.
How we use your information
- To respond to quote requests and enquiries you submit
- To understand how visitors use the site, via aggregated analytics
- To meet our legal obligations, where applicable
Who we share your information with
- Google — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site usage, and Google Search Console to monitor the site's presence in Google Search, only once you've consented. Google processes data according to its own privacy policies.
- Our email and hosting providers — enquiry form submissions are delivered via our email service provider as part of normal site operation.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not pass your enquiry details to any other business.
How long we keep your information
We retain enquiry form submissions and the personal data associated with them for 24 months from the date of your enquiry, after which they are deleted. We may retain data for longer where we're required to by law, or where needed to resolve a dispute.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, you generally have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, get in touch via our contact form. If you're not satisfied with our response, UK residents can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site uses cookies associated with Google Analytics to understand site usage. Non-essential cookies, including Google Analytics, are only set once you've given your consent via the cookie banner shown when you first visit. You can change your preference at any time via the cookie settings link in the site footer.
